Each step has a clear result and a clear end.
You know before we start what you will get and how we will know the step is done.
First workflow (Fixed scope)
We pick one workflow your team knows inside out and build a working improvement together with the people who do the work.
What you get:
- A clear picture of how the work runs today
- A working improvement for a clearly bounded case
- At least one person on your team who can use it and explain it
- If access or feasibility is still open: a tested decision on how to proceed
Done when: The agreed cases have been tested, results and limits are shown, and it is clear who owns the workflow and what the next decision is.
Team adoption (Enablement)
The workflow moves into daily work. Your people practise using it, changing it and handling exceptions, in hands-on sessions with their own work.
What you get:
- The workflow in daily use
- People on your team who can adjust and extend it
- Clear owners for review, exceptions and maintenance
Done when: Your people use it without us leading every session, and the agreed measure improves, or the team decides openly to stop or change course.
Ongoing improvement (Retainer)
We stay close with agreed capacity and work through the next problems with your internal owners, one at a time.
What you get:
- A prioritised list of the next improvements
- Regular updates on what new AI capabilities mean for your work
- Working sessions with the people who own the workflows
Done when: It continues only as long as it delivers improvements and the list of next problems stays useful.
When the open question is the direction of a product rather than a workflow, we run a short prototype sprint instead. Its result is a decision or a tested assumption, not a launched product.
Three roles on your side make it work.
One person can hold several roles. If one is missing, we say so before we start, because that is where projects stall.
- Someone who decides: Funds the work, agrees what counts as a good result and makes the call on the next step.
- Someone who knows the work: Brings real examples, builds with us and carries the workflow forward once we step back.
- Someone who owns the technology: Keeps it maintainable over time. That can be your IT, a partner or a technically minded colleague, agreed at the start.
The scaffolding comes down. The structure stays with you.
Everything we build runs in your environment, under your accounts, documented for your team. When we step back, your team can keep it running.
- Code and configuration in your repositories
- Your team trained to change and extend it
- Built so your team can run it without us
We stay in our lane.
We work on knowledge and information work: documents, data, reporting, support, sales and internal processes. We do not do industrial automation, computer vision on the factory floor or robotics. Running production systems and customer service levels stays with you or a delivery partner, under a separate agreement.
Questions we often hear
- How do we start?
- Show us one workflow you want to improve. In a thirty-minute conversation we look at a real example together and tell you honestly whether AI helps and what a sensible first step would be.
- What does it cost?
- The first workflow is a fixed scope at a fixed price, set by the size and importance of the problem. Continuing work runs on agreed capacity. There is no universal price list, and you know the price before anything starts.
- What happens to our data?
- We are a Swiss company. We work inside your existing systems and permissions, follow your data rules, and agree early who owns the technical side.
- Do we need technical people?
- Not to start. But someone has to own the technical side over time, whether that is your IT, a partner or a technically minded person on the team. We agree this at the start.
- What if AI is not the answer?
- Then we tell you. A first workflow can end with a tested decision not to go further. That is a useful result too, and much cheaper than finding out later.
